Welcome to findstox (the "Website" or "Service"), available at https://findstox.com. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms & Services ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

1. About findstox
findstox is a portfolio analytics platform that connects to your Interactive Brokers (IBKR) account via a read-only data feed to visualize your holdings, trades, dividends, fees, and performance metrics. The Service includes features such as portfolio dashboards, stock charts, IRR calculations, trade history, dividend tracking, and investment analytics.

All content and analytics provided by findstox are for informational and personal finance tracking purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2. Interactive Brokers Integration
findstox connects to your IBKR account using a read-only reporting feed provided by Interactive Brokers (IBRIT Web Service). By connecting your account, you authorize findstox to retrieve and display your portfolio data including positions, trades, dividends, fees, cash balances, and performance metrics.

This integration is strictly read-only. findstox cannot place trades, transfer funds, or make any changes to your brokerage account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any IBKR credentials or tokens. You may revoke access at any time through your IBKR account settings.

3. Portfolio Data & Analytics
findstox imports and stores portfolio data from your IBKR account to power features including:
- Portfolio holdings and position history
- Trade history and transaction records
- Dividend and income tracking
- Fee and commission analysis
- Performance metrics including IRR (Internal Rate of Return)
- Stock charts and price data

This data is used solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your portfolio data with third parties.

4. Payments & Subscriptions
Access to certain features of findstox requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You may cancel at any time, but fees already charged are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Data
We collect personal data including your name, email address, payment information, and brokerage portfolio data imported from IBKR. Non-personal data such as cookies may also be collected to improve the Website.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is the property of findstox unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

findstox is a data visualization and analytics tool. Nothing on the Website constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance shown in your portfolio analytics does not guarantee future results. All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
findstox is provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or availability. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on content, analytics, or data found on the Website.

In no event shall findstox be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or investment losses, arising from use of the Service.

9. Data Accuracy
findstox displays data sourced from Interactive Brokers and third-party market data providers. While we strive to present accurate information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data shown on the Service.

Portfolio data depends on the accuracy of what IBKR reports. Market prices, stock charts, and related data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable at times.

You acknowledge that findstox is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data displayed, and that you should not rely solely on findstox data for any financial or investment decision.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be handled under Dutch jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify users by email. Continued use of the Website after updates means you accept the new Terms.
